Tropical shake


  • 235 mL skim milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup crushed pineapple (canned in its own juice), drained
  • 2 frozen strawberries
  • 3 ice cubes


  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high for 45 seconds until smooth and frothy.


Mix this shake up by adding some other tropical fruits of your choice. Mango, passionfruit, and coconut are all great additions.
